The flat cycling route follows a well-maintained paved cycle path alongside the railway line between Limbuš and Ruše. Separated from road traffic, it is suitable for families, less experienced cyclists and cyclists with mobility impairments. The slopes of the Pohorje Mountains accompany the route on the left, while on the right, views open across the Drava River towards the Kozjak Hills.

The ride starts in front of the primary school in Limbuš, where there is parking for around 30 cars. After about 100 metres, we join the Drava Cycling Route, which takes us towards Ruše. The entire section follows a separate paved cycle path alongside the railway line.
Bistrica ob Dravi
At Bistrica ob Dravi, we pass the railway station and continue along Kolesarska ulica. The flat route leads further through the valley, with the Pohorje hills rising to the left and the Kozjak hills stretching out across the Drava.

At the Ruše Sports Park, younger cyclists can take some time to enjoy a few laps on the pump track, while others can stop for a short break. From here, we follow the same route back towards Limbuš.
This is a route designed for a comfortable and relaxed ride. With its well-maintained, obstacle-free surface and gentle profile, it is also suitable for cyclists with mobility impairments, older riders and families with children.
